The Copy to All feature allows you to quickly add hours to an employee's profile, copying one day's Working Hours to other days of the week. This is helpful if you have an employee who works the same hours each day.
If you set Use Employee Working Hours on (green) in your Business Profile ( → → ), the working hours on your online booking page will show the earliest and latest times for that day.
Navigate to→ →
Find the employee on the list then tap Hours.
Set the hours (open and close) for one day using the time picker (click the clock icon).
After setting both Open and Close times in the time picker, tap Copy to All.
This copies the selected day's hours to all days.
You can toggle individual days to off if the employee doesn't work those days.
Tap Save to finish.
