The Copy All feature allows you to quickly add hours to an employee's profile, copying Monday's Working Hours to other days of the week. This is helpful if you have an employee who works the same hours each day.
1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.
2. Select Employee Profiles on the left side of the screen under Employees.
3. Find the employee on the list. Then select the Hours button.
4. Click Copy to All. This tool copies Monday's Working Hours to the other days of the week. In the example below, we're going to copy the 9 am to 5 pm schedule to the other days.
5. Monday's hours are now added to the other days.
6. Click Save when you're finished.
*Remember, the working hours on your online booking page will show the earliest and latest time for that day.
