Customers can book online appointments with a specific employee on your Vagaro Listing Page only if the Online Booking switch is toggled on in their Employee Profile. Customers will be able to book specifically with them by:

Going to your Staff page, unless your employee is hidden.

Selecting the Book Now button on your Vagaro Booking Page, Services screen, MySite, Daily Deal, Vagaro Gallery, widget, and your business's social media sites.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. Services must already be assigned to at least one employee We also recommend setting up your Online Appointment Rules to specify how, when, and which customers can book appointments online..
To turn online booking on or off for an employee:

Go to

Select Employees to view the employee list.

Select the employee's profile.
Note
If the employee works for multiple locations, select the Action menu for the location to manage online booking for.

Select the Action menu, then select Enable Online Booking or Disable Online Booking.
To turn online booking on or off for an employee:

Select the Action menu, then select Enable Online Booking or Disbale Online Booking.

If the employee works for multiple locations:

Turn on online booking for all locations by selecting the Action menu, then select Enable Online Booking

Turn on online booking for individual locations by selecting the employee's blue Locations link, then select the Action menu and Enable Online Booking.
