Customers can book online appointments with a specific employee on your Vagaro Listing Page only if the Online Booking switch is toggled on in their Employee Profile. Employees who can be booked online will have the Online Booking tag displayed in the Employee Profile screen in their profile's row; otherwise, it will not be shown:
Customers can book online with a specific employee by:

Going to your Staff page, unless your employee is hidden.

Selecting the Book Now button on your Vagaro Booking Page, Services screen, MySite, Daily Deal, Vagaro Gallery, widget, and your business's social media sites.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. Your Service/Classes menu must already be set up, services must already be assigned to at least one employee, and classes must already be scheduled on at least one employee's calendar. We also recommend setting up your Online Appointment Rules to specify how, when, and which customers can book appointments online.
Allowing customers to book an appointment on your Vagaro Listing Page with an employee requires that the setting in the employee's profile is enabled.
To enable online booking for an employee on your Vagaro Listing Page:

Go to

Select Employees to view the employee list.

Find and select the employee's profile, or add a new one.
Note
If your business has multiple locations, employees profile from all businesses will be displayed.

Select the employee's Action
menu, then select Enable Online Booking.
Note
If the employee works at more than one location, select the employee's Action
menu for the location to show his contact information for.

In the confirmation message, select Enable.
To enable online booking for an employee on your Vagaro Listing Page:

Go to

Find and select the employee's profile, or add a new one.
Note
If your business has multiple locations, employees profile from all businesses will be displayed.

At the end of the row of the employee's profile, select the Action
menu, then select Enable Online Booking.
Note
If the employee works for multiple locations, select the Location link, then select the Action
menu for the location to show his contact information for; otherwise, their contact information will be shown on the Vagaro Listing Page for all of that business's locations.

In the confirmation message, select Enable.
If you turn off online booking for an employee, customers will have to contact the employee or your business directly to book an appointment.
To disable online booking for an employee on your Vagaro Listing Page:

menu, then select Disable Online Booking.
