To delete an appointment from the calendar, follow these steps.

Click Calendar.

Find the appointment on the schedule, click it and then click Delete.

Select an option to delete either the occurrence or multiple appointments.
If there are multiple appointments for the customer, another selection dialog will display:

Click Delete Appointment(s) to remove the appointment from the schedule.

Vagaro doesn’t allow employers to deny this feature to their service providers. Employees can easily delete appointments and steal from the company. The deleted appointments do not show up in daily reports. I didn’t receive notifications either. The fully I was able to trace the time and date each appointment was deleted & who deleted it. The employees, in my case would delete the appointments on their calendar, call the client and ask them to pay cash. SMH
Olga... there is an Access Level setting that will prevent employees from managing their own calendars. If you set "Control Own Calendar" to View only, the employee(s) that have that access level cannot make changes to their calendar entries. If you only need to restrict this ability to a single employee, you can create a custom access level and apply it to ONLY that employee.
Thanks for the response, I do want them to have access to their calendar but I don’t want them to delete appointments. I only want them to have the other options. Is that possible?
They'll have access, just won't be able to make changes. Otherwise, I'm sorry; it's an all-or-nothing setting. You could enter an enhancement request.
