To edit an employee's profile, follow these steps.

Navigate to

Find the employee. Then tap the Profile button.

On the edit screen, you can make changes to:

Profile photo (add or change)

Name (first and last)

Email

Gender
-
Birthday
-
Address
-
Phone (mobile, day and night)

Toggle to show the employee's contact info on Vagaro

Bio
-
Notification toggles:
-
Email
-
Text
-
Push
-
Low Inventory
-
-
Toggle to allow businesses to send employees special announcement emails

Toggle to allow Vagaro to send employee special announcement emails

Tap Save when you're finished editing the employee's profile.

Not clear when creating a Profile on who has a calendar and who doesn't. Logically that might be a check box (it's not) or tied to the Role (its not). When adding a new employee how do you determine if it will have a Calendar or not have a calendar?
Challenge is that Front Desk names clutter the Calendar User Interface, I'd like to be able to remove the Calendars from Front Desk/Manager/Admin accounts, so that only the service providers show up in the Calendar Navigation panes.
There are two employee types:
Account Admins do not show up on the calendar page, do not add to your license count, and cannot have services assigned to them.

Looks like Employee type can't be edited. Can we call into support to have someone make this change?
