To cancel an appointment, follow the steps below.

Click Calendar.

Select the appointment, click Change Status, and then click Cancel.

Select Cancel only this occurrence to cancel this appointment, Cancel the series to cancel this and all recurring appointments, or Cancel multiple appointments... to cancel all their appointments for the date selected.
Once selected, click Cancel Appointment(s)

Enter a message in the Message to customer field, which is sent to the customer, then select Add this to customer's cancellation history to add the cancellation to the customer's history.

Click Notify Customer to inform the client of the cancellation or click Don't Notify Customer, which removes the appointment from the schedule.
