Follow the steps below to see why customers are not receiving email and text marketing messages.

Select Marketing.

Click Create Campaign.

Click the Sent tab under All Messages on the left side of the screen.

Find the message on the list. Then select the Announced link in the status column for that campaign.

If you cannot find the email or text, enter the message's title in the Search box at the top-right of the screen to narrow the list to messages with this title

Select Details.

Select the Failed tab. Find the customer and hover over the icon next to a bounce status entry for more details about why the customer did not receive the blast.

Hover over the icon next to a dropped status for more details.

To find the customer faster, enter the customer's name in the search box and press Enter on your keyboard.

can we get this updated to show that Text Marketing does not show as opened? only delivered and failed
