To see why your clients are not receiving marketing emails, follow these steps:
- Select Marketing at the top of the screen.
- Click Create Email/Daily Deals.
- Locate the email. Then click on the Announced option that corresponds to it.
- Select the Failed tab. Locate the customer. Then hover over the icon next to bounce or dropped to get more details for why the client did not receive a marketing email.

4. Select Details on the right side of the screen.
5. Select the Failed tab. Locate the customer. Then hover over the icon next to bounce to get more details for why a client did not receive an email.
6. You also can hover over the icon next to dropped to get more details.
