The Facility Information page allows you to add details about your business so customers can refer to them when booking your services online. The details include your cancellation policy, special instructions for clients, as well as any additional amenities you offer at your business location.
To add a cancellation policy to the Facility Information, follow these steps on the Vagaro Pro app:
- Tap More and then Settings in the app.
- Select Facility Information.
- Enter the policy info for both the Appointment and Class Cancellation Policy.
Any change made here updates the Appointment Cancellation Policy and Class Cancellation Policy fields found in More > Settings > Online Shopping Cart.
- Tap Save.
- The policies are now visible to clients on your Vagaro booking page.
