The Online Shopping Cart allows you to require clients to prepay when booking services online. Additionally, you can set cancellation and refund policies and add purchase confirmation messages for clients to see when they make purchases.
To add a cancellation policy to your Online Shopping Cart using the Web Version, follow these steps:
- Select Settings at the top of the screen.
- Select Online Shopping Cart on the left side of the screen.
- Hit Save when you're finished adding the cancellation policy.

1. Click Settings.
2. Select Online Shopping Cart.
3. Enter your Refund Policy. Next, enter the Purchase confirmation message.
4. Enter your cancellation policies for both appointments and classes. Click Save when you are finished.
