Follow these steps to add a cancellation policy to email notifications sent to clients when appointments are booked.

Navigate to

Enter the cancellation policy in the field under Include this message in appointment emails.

Tap Save. Now customers can see your cancellation policy when they book an appointment.

Why can’t you text the cancellation fee invoice? I’m only getting the option to send it via email.
Invoices are configured to be sent by email. There is no text message option for them.
