To add a cancellation policy to email notifications sent to clients when appointments are booked, follow these steps when using the Vagaro Pro app:
- Tap More.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Email & Text Notifications.
- Enter the cancellation policy in the Appointment Emails box.
- When you're finished, tap Save.
Adding a Cancellation Policy to Email Notifications
1. Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Email & Text Notifications.
4. Enter the cancellation policy in the field under Include this message in appointment emails.
5. Tap Save. Now customers can see your cancellation policy when they book an appointment.

Why can’t you text the cancellation fee invoice? I’m only getting the option to send it via email.
Invoices are configured to be sent by email. There is no text message option for them.
