Edit multiple products at the same time and quickly update and manage your inventory list with the Edit All and Mass Edit features.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses, and you must already have products set up in your inventory.
Make changes to your products individually.
To edit a variant:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On the Pay Desk or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Select the product to be edited. If you want to edit a Variant, select the Right-Arrow > next to a product to view its variants.

In the top-right corner, select the Action
menu, then select Edit.

Make changes as needed.

Select Save.
To edit a variant:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Find the product to be edited, select the Action
-
Update the product as needed.

Optionally, you can edit any Variants the product has in the Variants section.

Select Save
Mass Edit allows you to make global changes to every product in your inventory. You can limit your changes to specific brands and product types. Each Mass Edit option has its own set of parameters to use to set up changes.
To mass edit items in your inventory:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

In the Edit list, hover over or select Mass Edit, then choose an option.

Low Quantity Warning: Increase or decrease when the system will notify you about products running out of stock.

Selling Price: Increase or decrease product prices by a dollar amount or percentage.
-
Max Quantity: Increase or decrease the total quantity of all products that can be purchased.

Total Quantity: Increase or decrease the current stock of all products.
-
Minimum Order Quantity: Increase or decrease the minimum order quantity for each purchase order.

Flat Rate Shipping Price: Change the shipping price of all products.

Tax: Set the tax rate for products.

Vendor: Change the vendor.
A popup will be displayed for you to select the Brand,Product Category, and Quantity of the products you want to mass edit.

Select the Brand and Product Category you want to edit.
-
Mass edit your products by either increasing the value, decreasing the value, setting all products to a value, or updating all products, like applying tax rate or changing vendor.

Select Apply.
Note
Your inventory will be updated with the changes made, and updated values will display as Increased (green) or Decreased (red).

Review your changes, then select Save.
To edit all items in your inventory:

Go to Inventory Management:
-
On the Web Version: Go to → → .

On a Tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Select the Edit drop-down menu, then select Edit All.

Change the Vendor, Last Cost, Sell Price, Quantity, Low Quantity Warning, Max Quantity, Min Order Qty, and Tax for all products that need to be updated.
Note
Your inventory will be updated with the changes made, and updated values will display as Increased (green) or Decreased (red).

If you lower the Quantity of a product, you'll need to enter a Reason for lowering the quantity. Select Lost, Managed, Expired, or Business Use, enter an optional explanation in the text box, and then select Save.

In the bottom-right corner, select Save.
