Forms are a great way to get feedback and collect more information about your customers! You can see trends in the responses you've received and use the search filter to narrow the list to responses that have a specific keyword.
Click the Forms tab.
Find the form you published and click the Responses link in the Status column.
There are three different ways to see your results:
You can view a Summary of the responses.
You can see Individual responses.
You can view the results in a Table format.
See individual forms submitted by customers.
Click the drop-down Customer list to select a customer.
Select a date under History to see a form that a customer completed on that day.
Select Details (next to the Customer drop-down list) to view more information the form submitted on that date.

Is there a way to receive the form responses via email to the employee? I'd like to review the responses when they've been submitted and a notification or email sent would be fantastic rather than having to go in and find the info.
Sorry, Danita, but no, it doesn't work that way right now. Another great suggestion, however. Please consider adding a feature request.
Is it possible to reply to the person who submitted the form, or edit the auto response?
Hi Jason... there's no automated response option for a submitted form. You could directly email customers who submit forms when you get the notification. Please consider making this a feature request!
