If a gift card wasn't printed or emailed after purchase either in-house or online, or if the sender or recipient wants a physical or email copy, it can be printed or emailed from the recipient's customer profile.
Tip
If a recipient wasn't selected when the gift card was purchased, you can run the Gift Card report to find it.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To print or email a recipient's gift card:

In Customers, search for and select the recipient customer profile.

Select the GC tab.

Select the gift card to print or email. If the customer has multiple gift cards, select the Outstanding sub-tab to show only those that still have a balance.

In the gift card preview, select Print.

Follow your device's prompts or screens to print or email the gift card.
To print or email a gift card:

In Customers, search for and select the recipient customer profile.

Select the Gift Card tab.

Select the gift card to print or email. If the customer has multiple gift cards, you may need to filter the list by purchase date or location.

In the gift card's row, select the Action menu, then select View.

In the Gift Card Receipt popup, select one of the buttons: Print or Send Email.

Print: Print a hard copy of the gift card.

Send Email: Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas (,), then select Send Email.
