Referrers are customers who refer other clients to your business. You can add their names to client profiles and run reports to see a list of all your top referrers. Follow the steps to get started:
- Click Reports at the top of the screen.
- Select Customers on the left side of the screen.
- Enter the name of the Referrer in the field under Mail/Address/Ref.By/Gen.Tag/Name. Then click Run Report.

1. Click Reports at the top of the screen.
2. Click Customers on the left sidebar under Customers.
3. In the field under Mail/Address/Ref.By/Gen. Tag, enter the name of the Referrer.
4. Click Run Report.
5. You can see the name of the client as well as his or her Referrer.
6. Click Export to export the report to an Excel or PDF. Click Print to get a paper copy.

I would like to be-able to run a report at the end of the month just on the field Referral - so I can see who referred people. When my clients fill out their online form - they can enter who they were referred by. So it would be nice to have this availability.
Hi Deanna. This functionality does exist. You first need to add the person who referred the customer as your creating or editing a client profile. You will add the name in the field under Referred By:
Once the name of the referrer is added to the client's profile, you can run a report to see all of the clients who have been referred by that specific customer. Just follow these steps:
You did not answer Deanna’s question, you just repeated the information above. There is not a way to run a report that shows how many referrals an employee has accumulated during a certain time frame. We don’t care about the specific customer, we need to know how many referrals the employee has gained.
