When sending email notifications to clients after appointments are booked, you can customize the content of the message to include things such as cancellation policies, special requests, and directions to your business. To do this, follow these steps:
- Once you access your Settings, select Email & Text Notifications.
- Toggle the Appointment Details option. A green color means that it has been turned on.
- Enter the message you want your customers to see under Include this message in appointment emails.
- Once you're finished, select Save.
Customizing Text Messages: We don't have a set date for customizing and sending automated text reminders. We will provide an update when this feature becomes available.

1. Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Settings

5. Enter the message you want your customers to see when they receive an Appointment Details email notification. For example, you can include a cancellation policy, a special request, directions to your business or any other updates you want customers to know.
6. Tap Save.
On the Desktop Version
1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.
2. Select Email & text Notifications.
3. Toggle the Appointment Detail option.
4. Enter the message you want your customers to see when they receive an Appointment Details email notification. For example, you can include a cancellation policy, a special request, directions to your business or any other updates you want customers to know.
5. Click Save.
