    Is there any way to set separate custom SMS or email messages for businesses that have various services? EG. Things to expect before the appt will vary depending on service

    Christine: there is no way to do that with the standard appointment notification.

    However, you can use email marketing (you have 1000 free messages/month) to set up "Campaigns" for your services. When it's time to send an appointment message, edit or duplicate the campaign, select the customer(s) and send.

    Is there a way to have set up an automated email to go out for a new client when they book/request an appt/adds themselves to the waitlist?

    Is there a way for an automated email to go out when an existing client books/requests an appt/adds themselves to the waitlist?

    Like an automated welcome email that is filtered to go out upon the perimeters we set on the back end?

    Hi Maranda:

    Waitlists use automatic emails with some of the waitlist types to notify customers that an appointment is available for their selected service/time/provider. There's nothing to specifically target just NEW customers. You also can set an Appointment Detail notification when an appointment is booked.

    Is there a way to customize this email other than adding special instructions? Like change the way it looks?

    Hi Derek... you cannot customize the standard appointment email, but if you have Email Marketing, you can set up a recurring "Before Visit" campaign that will send a more customized message to customers at a set number of days before a scheduled appointment.

    I have some clients booking their next appointments for 2-4 months out; is there a way I can customize an automated reminder to send to some of those clients a week out from their scheduled appointment? For appointments scheduled out so far, I would like another reminder than just 72 and 24 hours before.
