Edit a Customer Profile - Vagaro Pro app

To edit a client's profile, follow these steps.

  1. Tap Customers.

  2. Select the customer.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. You can add or change the following when editing customer profiles on the Vagaro Pro app:

    vpro_save_cust_prof_2x.png

    • Change customer photo

    • First and last name

    • Gender

    • Phone numbers (mobile, day and night phone)

    • Email address

    • Mailing address

    • Birthdate

    • Hide age (toggle on or off)

    • Referred by: The person who referred this customer to your business

    • General tags or identifiers

    • Points balance

    • Customer since

    • Send Email Copy: The customer copied on appointment notification emails

    • Card on file: the credit card the customer uses for online booking and purchases

    • Online booking options: Allow, Require Acceptance (you must approve), Block (they can't book online)

      • For multi-location businesses, you can set these options for just the current location or for all locations

    • Appointment reminder settings: toggle for the customer to receive email, text, or push notifications

  5. Tap Save to finish.
