Follow these steps to manage, track, and view details about a client's membership, including status changes.

Click Reports.

Click Memberships under Customers.

Click Run Report after selecting filters to apply.

To view the details of a membership, click the Action menu for any active membership, and then select Edit Balance.

On the Services/Classes tab, you can view details about the services and classes in the membership. You can see the service names, the discounts that were applied, the total visits and remaining visits for each service in the membership. Since this is the Edit Balance screen, you can change the Visits Remaining here.

On the Products tab, you can view details about the products you have added to the membership. You can see the product names, discounts, the Quantity (number of that product included in the membership,) and the Quantity Remaining (number that the member can still purchase during the membership.) Since this is the Edit Balance screen, you can change the Quantity Remaining here.
