To manage, track, and view more details about a client's membership, including status changes, follow the steps below when using the Desktop Version of Vagaro.
Viewing the Details of a Customer Membership
1. Click Reports at the top of the screen.
2. Click Memberships on the left sidebar under Customers.
3. Click Run Report after selecting the filters you want to apply.
4. Find the customer and membership on the list. Click on the drop-down under Action on the left side of the screen. Then select View Details.
5. Click on the Services tab to view details about the services you have added to the membership. You can see the service names, the discounts that were applied, the total number of visits that were assigned as well as the total remaining visits for each service in the membership.
Click on the X to get out of the screen.
6. Click on the Classes tab to view details about the classes you have added to the membership. You can see the class names, the discounts that were applied, the total number of visits that were assigned as well as the total remaining visits for each class in the membership.
Click on the X to get out of the screen.
7. Click on the Products tab to view details about the products you have added to the membership. You can see the product names, the discounts that were applied, the total number of visits that were assigned as well as the total remaining visits for each product in the membership. Click on the X to get out of the screen.
