The CC Appointment feature allows you to copy a customer on the email notifications that are sent to another client. To learn more, follow these steps:
- Tap Customers at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the client.
- Tap Edit.
- Select the customer.
- Tap Save.

1. Tap Customers.
2. Select the client.
3. Tap Edit.
4. Select the customer you want to CC on appointment emails.
5. Tap Save.

How do you book an appointment for the daughter using the mother's account, so the daughter's name shows on the appt not the mom.
Hi Becca. Since each customer must have their own profile, this option doesn't exist, currently. However, I will send this feedback to the management team.
