To run a report to see clients who have spent a certain amount of money at your business, follow these steps:
- Click Reports at the top of the screen.
- Select Customers on the left side of the screen.
- Click Advanced Filters.
- Enter the spent amount in the From and To boxes under Amount Earned to see customers whose amount is within this range. You also can run a report to see clients who have spent a specific amount. For example, if you wanted to see all customers who had spent $2850, enter $2850 in the From and To boxes.
- Click Run Report.
- Export the report to an Excel sheet or PDF and/or print a physical copy.
Filtering a Customer Report by Amount Sent
1. Click Reports at the top of the screen.
2. Click Customers on the left sidebar under Customers.
3. Click Advanced Filters.
4. Enter the spent amount in the From and To boxes under Amount Earned to see customers whose amount is within this range.
You also can run a report to see clients who have spent a specific amount. For example, if you wanted to see all customers who had spent $2850, enter $2850 in the From and To boxes.
5. Click Run Report.
6. You can see all the clients whose total spent amount is within the range you entered.
7. Click Export to export the report to an Excel or PDF. Click Print to get a paper copy.
