To run a report to see clients who have earned a specific number of loyalty points from purchasing services, products, and class sessions, follow these steps:
- Click Reports at the top of the screen.
- Select Customers on the left side of the screen.
- Click Advanced Filters.
- Enter the number of points in the From and To boxes under Points Earned to see customers whose total points are within this range. You also can run a report to see clients who have a specific number of points. For example, if you wanted to see all customers who had 100 points, enter 100 in the From and To boxes.
- Click Run Report.
- Export the report to an Excel sheet or PDF and/or print a physical copy.
Filtering a Customer Report by Points
1. Click Reports.
2. Click Customers.
3. Click Advanced Filters.
4. Enter the number of points in the From and To boxes under Points Earned to see customers whose points earned are within this range. For example, if you enter 10 in the From box and 100 in the To box, the report will include all clients whose points are within this range.
You also can run a report to see clients who have a specific number of earned points. For example, if you wanted to see all customers who had 60 points, enter 60 in the From and To boxes.
5. Click Run Report.
6. You can see all the clients whose total earned points are within the range you entered.
7. Click Export to export the report to an Excel or PDF. Click Print to get a paper copy.
