If you're not able to see an employee on your calendar, you more than likely need to add hours and services to their profile. If the employee is not able to see their schedule, make sure their access level is set in a way that allows them to see their calendar. Let's look at this scenario in more detail.
On the Vagaro Pro App
1. Tap More.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Employee Profiles.
4. Locate the employee. Then tap Hours to add hours to the profile. You'll be able to see the employee on your calendar once the hours are saved.
5. Tap Services to add services to the employee's profile. Remember an employee will not be able to provide services in your account if no services have been added to the profile.

6. You'll be able to see the employee on your calendar once the hours and services are saved to the profile.
7. If an employee still is not able to see their calendar, make sure they have the correct setting in the Access Levels page. Once you've accessed the employee's access level, locate the Control his/her own calendar option under Calendar. Then select View. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen when you're finished.
On the Web Version
1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.
2. Click Employee Profiles on the left side of the screen under Employees.
