To print or email a copy of a receipt from a past transaction, follow the steps below.

Navigate to

You can search for specific transactions by entering search terms in the Search box.

Specify a date range and tap GO.

Select a transaction, swipe left, and then tap receipt.

You can email and/or print a copy of the receipt.

Tap the email icon, enter a customer email, and then tap Email Receipt.

Tap the up-arrow icon, then select a printer. For Vagaro Receipt Printers, select a printer or tap Add Receipt Printer , then tap Print. If you do not have a Vagaro Receipt Printer, tap Print without selecting a printer.

Navigate to

Set up filters and Advanced Filters and click Run Report.

Click the Action drop-down list for a transaction and click Receipt.

Click Print to get a paper copy. Click Send Email to email the receipt to the customer.

Click Print if you have previously printed on this device. If not, click the up-arrow icon, then select a printer.
For Vagaro Receipt Printers, hover over Add Vagaro Receipt Printer and click Vagaro Receipt Printer to add a new printer.
You can select an existing printer, or click Other.

When sending an email, the email address is pre-filled or you also can enter a different email address. Click Send Email when you're ready.

Click OK to finish.

I and My team use chrome and the print window blinks to open but then closes immediately before we can print the receipt. Is there a fix for this?
