Memberships allow you to take advantage of discounts on multiple services, classes, and products. If you've purchased a membership from a Vagaro business, you can use membership discounts when shopping online.
To see and manage your memberships, follow these steps:
- Once you access your Profile, select the Memberships option.
- Select the specific membership to view additional details, including the cost, the current balance, the number of remaining visits, as well as the discounts that are being offered.

On the Vagaro App
1. Once you access your account, tap Profile.
2. Tap Memberships.
3. Tap Active to view more details.
4. Notice you can view information about the membership, including when it was purchased, its cost, the charge frequency as well as the number of points you gained when purchasing it.
5. Notice you also can see the history as well as the current balance. You also can see the status below.
6. Let's take a look at the History option. On the left side of the page, you'll be able to see additional details, including the total number of remaining visits as well as who created the membership and when it was created.
7. Let's now look at the Balance. You'll see three different options: Services, Classes, and Products. For example, if you select Services, you'll be able to see the name of the service, the discount that was added to the item as well as the number of visits that are remaining for that service.
On the Computer
1. Once you go to https://www.vagaro.com and log into your account, click your profile icon or image at the top-right of the screen.
2. Click Memberships.
3. Locate the membership. Then click Active to view more details.
4. On the left side of the screen, you'll be able to see details about the membership, including the purchased date, its cost and charge frequency. You can also see the total number of points you receive for purchasing it next to the Point Gained title. You can also see the status below. In the example below, the business was not able to receive payment for the membership.
5. Select History to view more details regarding the membership. Select Balance to see your initial and current balance. Let's take a look at the History option first.
6. Once you get to the History page, you'll be able to see additional details, including the total number of remaining visits as well as who created the membership and when it was created.
