To change the status of an appointment to "no-show" when a client is not able to make it at the scheduled time, follow these steps:

Vagaro Pro app (next)

Tap Calendar.

Select an appointment.

Tap Change Status.

Tap No Show.
-
Enter a message and tap Notify Customer to alert the client about the change in status or tap Don't Notify Customer.
