Follow the steps below to deny a customer's request to book an appointment with your business.
Tip
You can notify the customer that the appointment request has been denied and enter a specific reason. The client will then receive a notification of the status change.

Tap Calendar.

Find and tap the appointment on the calendar.

Tap Change Status.

Tap Deny.

Tap Deny again to confirm.

Enter a message you want to send to the customer in the Message to Customer text box.

Tap Notify Customer to inform the client that the appointment has been denied, or leave it unchecked if you don't want to notify the client of the status change.

Click Calendar.

Click an appointment, then click Change Status.

Click Deny this appointment.
