Keep your customers happy! Create a referral system and reward clients more points for referring customers to the business!
Points are given to customers as an incentive to purchase more items from the business. Clients can collect points when booking classes and services or purchasing products, memberships, and packages. They then can use points to get specific items for free if they have a sufficient enough point total.

Hi Ms. Angela,
I think this is a great recommendation, but we don't have this functionality at this point. I would recommend sending a feature request to our development team. You can go to this link: https://feedback.vagaro.com/forums/915991-feature-requests.
The workaround would be to add that information as a Customer Note in the client's profile. You can at least track it that way.
Is it possible to add a "history" for the points balance so that we can see when points were added or deducted? (Also, if there was a way to add a memo for it too, that would be incredibly awesome!! That way we can track when the points are being added and deducted, by whom and for what purpose.)
