Accept An Appointment from the Calendar

To accept an appointment from the Calendar, follow these steps:

Vagaro Pro App

  1. Tap Calendar, then tap an unaccepted (purple bar) appointment.

  2. Tap Change Status.

  3. Tap Accept.

The appointment is confirmed.

Web Version

  1. Tap Calendar and select an unaccepted (purple bar) appointment.

  2. Hover over Change Status, then click Accept.
