When Online Shopping Cart is enabled, your customers can buy products directly from you online. You can ship your products to the customer, drop-ship them from your vendor directly to the customer, or let customers come to your store to pick up their purchases in-store or curbside.
Customers checking out products online will be able to select Ship to Address to receive their order at a specific location or choose when they are available for In Store Pickup at your business.
When a customer places an order, you will receive an email and notification in Vagaro with the date and time that the customer will be at your location to pick up their order.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing and the Online Shopping Cart.
To select your shipping method for online sales:

Go to Online Shopping Cart.

On a Phone: Go to → → → .

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Go to → → .

Scroll down to the Product Sales section, then select the following information:

Shipping Method (Products): Select the shipping carrier to use if customers choose to ship your product to an address.

Curbside or In Store Pickup: Select whether you allow customers to pick up their orders at your location. If you do, also Select Days for Curbside or In Store Pickup and the times you Open and Close on those days.

Only Charge the Most Expensive "1st Item Shipping Fee" When Selling Multiple Items: Select whether you'll charge a flat rate to ship the item that costs the most to ship, and you will cover the cost of including additional items in the order.

Scroll down to the Policies section and enter the following information:

Refund Policy: Describe the conditions that you will allow customers to return or cancel their orders. Make sure you include information about who can get a refund, the time frame that you'll accept returns, the product condition, the process of returning their order, how they will receive their refund, any reasons a product can't be returned, and any additional fees that may be charged.

Purchase Confirmation Message: Enter the message that customers will see on their screen after they have successfully placed an order with your business.

Select Save.
Enabling free shipping for your customers means that your business will incur the cost instead. Each product will have to be updated to display the product online, allow free shipping, and specify the business cost for shipping.
To offer free shipping to customers:

Go to Inventory Management:

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On a Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: At the bottom of the screen, select Inventory.

Edit the product or variant to offer free shipping for.

Scroll down to the Product Application section, then select or enter the following settings:

Sell Product Online: Toggle on the switch to display the product online, then enter the shipping Dimensions in inches, including the Length, Width, Height, and Weight.

Free Ground Shipping: Toggle on the switch, then enter how much Shipping and Handling your business will have to pay for sh

Optionally, update any other information about the item, including Add Image for online customers to see what the product looks like.

Select Save.
