To change the status of an appointment or class in a client's profile, follow the steps below.
On the Vagaro Pro App
Changing the Status of an Appointment
1. Tap Customers.
2. Select the client.
3. Tap Appointments.
4. Select the service.
5. Tap Change Status.
6. Select the status.
Changing the Status of a Class
1. Tap Customers.
2. Select the client.
3. Tap the Classes tab.
4. Select the class.
5. Tap Change Status.
6. Select the status.
On the Web Version
Changing the Status of an Appointment
1. Click Customers.
2. Select the client.
3. Click on the Appointments tab.
4. Locate the appointment. Click on the three dots on the right side of the screen. Then, select the status.
Changing the Status of a Class
1. Click Customers.
2. Enter the name in the textbox. Then, select it when it appears below.
3. Click on the Classes tab.
4. Locate the class. Click on the three dots on the right side of the screen. Then, select the status.
