Vagaro offers a few solutions for clients having difficulties leaving reviews.
One thing to consider is customers must be logged into the exact profile they have with your business. If they use an account that is not tied to your business, they will not be able to review your services.
Another common error is clients create a separate account, not realizing that the business has created one for them. This is an issue because the customer logs into an account that is not connected to the business. As a result, the client is unable to write a review.
Another thing to consider is if you've set your customer review settings in a way that only allows verified clients, those with an appointment status of "Show" or "Completed," to leave reviews on your site. To email a client their username and password so they can log into the exact profile that's used with your business, follow the steps below.
1. Click Customers.
2. Select the client.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. Click Send Login Info to email the customer a temporary username and password.
5. Click Send Login Info to email the client their username and password.
6. Click Edit, found under the Send Login Info option, to change the client's username and password.
7. Enter the new username and password. Then, click Save.
