Similar to customers being able to book an appointment by going to your business's Instagram, Yelp, Google Maps, or Apple Maps account, you can also add the Book Now button at the top of your Facebook business page. When customers select this button, they will be taken to your Vagaro Listing Page so they can schedule an appointment.
Prerequisites: This feature is available only on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro. A Facebook business page is required, and only the Vagaro account owner can activate this feature. If employees try to enable the integration, they'll see a popup stating "You have no rights to authorize."
To activate the Facebook integration on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro:
-
Go to Learn More button.
→ , then select the -
Select Activate Facebook Booking.
-
Select Authorize to give Facebook access to your Vagaro account.
-
Log into your Facebook account and continue.
-
Select Next.
-
Confirm the settings that Vagaro can connect to. If needed, you can select a setting to change what is mapped between Vagaro and Facebook.
-
Verify What is Vagaro allowed to do?, then select Next.
Vagaro and Facebook business accounts attempt to establish a connection with each other.
You must be logged in to the business's Facebook page to add buttons for customers to interact with your business page.
To add the Book Now button:
-
On your business's Facebook page, select Add a Button.
-
On the Edit Page Button screen, select Book Now.
-
Select Connect Another Tool.
-
Scroll down to and select Vagaro Booking.
-
Select Continue.
-
If you're asked to log into Vagaro, log in with the business Account Owner's credentials.
-
Select Authorize to allow Facebook to access your Vagaro account.
-
Select Continue to link Facebook and Vagaro accounts.
Note
Sometimes the linking doesn't work on the first try. If you see the Unable to Link error, select Cancel and restart the process of adding the booking button.
-
Select Done on the confirmation screen.

I received an error that the network wasn't working and try again later.
Hi Julie. When you get a chance, can you send a screenshot of this to support@vagaro.com so we can look at this more closely?
I'd like to request a feature to choose the 3 featured services on facebook. Mine is currently only showing Pregnancy Massages as the 3 featured services...which are NOT our top sellers!! Haha
Hi Christie. This is more to do with Facebook, but I'd be happy to send this feedback to our management team.
HI im about to have a breakdown over this, have tried multiple times to get the book now button to link.
I've tried the button and choosing Vagaro, it says same as above...error network not working. I then do the url way and it seems to accept it but then when i click on the book now button nothing is linked
Hi Debbie. Have you tried deactivating the feature and then activating it again? Also, is it possible to send screenshots of what you're experiencing to support@vagaro.com?
Same problem as other user, to be able to change the featured services as it automatically lists 3 different pregnancy massage options as my featured services and this is NOT my top seller either. Thanks!
I know that it will only show 3 services and it has to do with facebook but mine is only showing two on the page and they are not refreshing to different ones.
Is there a way to fix the session length that is shown on the Facebook features service? For example it lists the session length as 90min and immediately below that it lists the time as 1hr 45min which is the cleanup time I block out for myself. This is confusing to customers as they are seeing two different times for the same service! Can this be fixed?
Hi Liliana,
Can you send a screenshot to support@vagaro.com when you get a chance?
Hi Tracy,
Try deactivating and then reactivating the Facebook Integration. I would also test this on different devices to see if the issue is specific to one device.
How do you turn off pricing on "Featured Service"?
I would also love to be able to select the services or even be able to post classes we offer. This only shows private sessions and we offer so much more. It is nice to link to our Facebook page but it would be awesome to control what services are posted.
IT would b e nice to have this explain how to disable this also
Hi Mike,
Unfortunately Facebook does not give us the ability to hide pricing on the Featured Services. This is something that we have requested from Facebook, and we are working with them to add this ability in the future. Keep an eye out for any updates.
If we can please find a way to be able to choose our top 3 feature services.
Thank you!
I only get a an error saying that network is not working, try again.
