Add Products to the Online Shopping Cart

To add products to your Online Shopping Cart and sell them on your booking page, follow the steps below.

Before you can add products, you first need to activate the online shopping cart feature. For more information:

Vagaro Pro app

  1. Navigate to More → Settings → Inventory.

  2. Find and tap the product you want to add to your online shopping cart.

  3. Tap the Action menu (3 horizontal lines).

  4. Tap Edit.

  5. Scroll down and toggle Sell Product Online on (red) to make the product available for customers to purchase online.

    1. Enter shipping dimensions in inches.

      Tap the info icon for an image that shows what dimensions to enter.

    2. Enter the shipping weight.

    3. Toggle Free Ground Shipping on (red) to offer free shipping.

      With Free Ground Shipping on, add a price in Shipping and Handling to charge a fee.

    4. Toggle Flat Rate Shipping on (red) to offer a per-order or per-item shipping cost.

      Note

      The two shipping cost options are exclusive. Select either Free Ground Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping.

  6. Select +Photo to add a new photo to the product.

    Note

    You can add and edit images in the web version of Vagaro. On the Vagaro Pro app, you can only add, change or delete images.

    1. Tap Take Photo to use your device's camera or Library to use a photo you've saved on your device.

    2. Select an image from the library, tap it and then tap Select.

      You can select up to four images at once.

    3. The selected images are uploaded to your product record. One will be marked as the default, but you can change it using the Set as Default toggle under the image.

    4. Use Edit or + Photo to change or add a new image (up to 4.)

  7. Tap Submit to finish setting the product for online sales.

Web Version

  1. Navigate to Settings → Inventory → Management.

  2. Find the product on the list. Click the More menu (three verticle dots) and then click Edit.

  3. Scroll down to Sell Products Online and edit the following fields:

    1. Toggle Sell Product Online on (green) to display the product online for customers to purchase.

    2. Enter the shipping dimensions in inches.

      Tap the info icon for an image that shows what dimensions to enter.

    3. Enter a shipping weight.

    4. Toggle Free Ground Shipping on (green) to offer free shipping.

      With Free Ground Shipping on, add a price in Shipping and Handling to charge a fee.

    5. Toggle Flat Rate Shipping on (green) to offer a per-order or per-item shipping cost.

      Note

      The two shipping cost options are exclusive. Select either Free Ground Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping.

    6. Click Add Image or drag an image onto the upload area to add an image for the product.

      • You can add up to 4 images

      • The maximum file size is 4 MB

      • The image opens in the Vagaro Image Editor, where you can add filters and effects and change the image's orientation, size, and cropping. See Vagaro Image Editor for details.

  4. Click Save in the Image Editor to save and place the picture, then Save on the product screen to finish.

  5. The product has been added to your Online Booking Page and is available for customers to purchase.

    I'm really Excited to retail products I find the Step by Step Photo Tutorial is better than the Video . The Video goes way to fast for me. I am excited to sell

    Thanks, Phyllis! I always end up stopping video tutorials again and again so I can try what they're showing me. Glad you like the text/pic tutorial.
