Switching to Vagaro is easy. And best of all, you can transfer customer notes, appointments, services, gift certificates, products, memberships, and packages. Just email the file in an Excel or CSV format to our support team and we'll take care of the rest. You can send the file to email@example.com.
There is no cost for transferring customer contacts and products from another software. And it costs just $150 to transfer gift certificates/cards, memberships, packages, customer notes, appointments, and services.
Contact our support team at 800-919-0157, ext. 2 if you need remote assistance. In this case, one of our engineers would log into your system and extract the data. We would then be able to import the information directly to your account.

If you're transferring information from one Vagaro account to another, we just need an authorization email from each account owner, verifying what needs to be transferred between the two accounts. Templates for Import
Download the templates below. Enter the required information. Then email the file for import to email@example.com. Remember, when importing customer contacts, an entry with just a name will be removed from the import file. It must have at least an email address or phone number.
