The Transaction List feature allows you to run detailed reports on all your transactions, issue refunds, see current and past transactions and print and email customer receipts.

1. Tap More.
2. Tap Reports.
3. Tap Transaction List.
4. Tap on the box to select the date range.
5. Select one of the date range options. Tap Custom at the bottom of the screen to select a specific date range. Once you're finished, tap Go to see all your transactions within this period.
6. You'll be able to see the total amount that was earned during the selected time frame. You'll also be able to view all your transactions.
7. Tap on the specific transaction. Then, swipe to the right to issue a refund or view a receipt of the transaction.
8. At the top of the screen, you'll also be able to refund or view a receipt of a transaction when a report is run. Just tap the Receipt and Refund options, respectively. You'll also be able to view the following:
- The transaction date or the date the service was checked out.
- The appointment date or the date of the scheduled service.
- The service provider. Notice you can change the service provider by tapping Sold By.
- Who checked out the appointment.
- The service or item that was checked out.
9. The transactions screen, in addition, will display the following:
- The quantity of the item that was purchased.
- The price.
- The tax that was applied.
- If any tips were added.
- If any discounts were applied.
- The total amount paid.
- The payment type, whether it was paid with cash, a credit card, check or gift certificate.
How to Apply Filters When Running Transaction Reports
1. Tap on the filter icon on the Transaction List page.
2. You can apply a variety of filters to the report. Let's first apply the Service Provider filter.
Filtering by Service Provider
1. Tap Select Service Provider to filter the report by employees.
2. You can find a specific service provider by entering the name in the search box. Tap Select All to include all service providers in the report. You also can select them individually.
3. Tap Submit at the top of the screen when you're finished.
Filtering by Customer Name
1. Tap Select Customer to filter the report by clients.
2. You can enter the customer name in the search box to find a specific customer. You also can select the customer individually. You'll be directed back to the Filter page once you select a name.
Filtering by Merchant Account
1. Tap Select Deposit in Merchant to filter the report by transactions that have gone into specific merchant accounts.
2. You can enter the name of a service provider in the search box to filter the search by a specific merchant account. Tap Select All to include transactions that deposited to all service provider merchant accounts. You also can make individual selections. Just tap the employee's name and transactions that deposited to their merchant account will be included in the report.
3. Tap Submit at the top of the screen when you're finished.
Filtering by Transaction Type
1. Tap Select Transaction Type to filter the report by different forms of transactions, including services, in-house products, online products, gift certificates, packages, IOUs, memberships, and classes.
2. You can enter the Transaction Type in the search box. For example, if you enter Services, you'll be able to find transactions that fall into this category. Tap Select All to include all transaction types in the report. You also can select them individually.
3. Tap Submit when you're finished.
Filtering by Who Performed the Checkout
1. Tap Select Checked Out By to filter the report by transactions checked out by specific service providers.
2. You can enter the name of the service provider in the search box to find a specific employee. Tap Select All to include all service providers in the report. You also can select service providers individually by selecting their names.
3. Tap Submit when you're finished.
Filtering by Typed and Swiped Credit Card Transactions
1. Tap Select Credit Card Transaction Mode.
2. You can search for a specific type of transaction. Just enter it in the search box. Tap Select All to include all transaction types, including Typed, Swiped and EMV transactions. You can also select them individually.
3. Tap Submit when you're finished.
Filtering by Barcode, Brand, Product and Product Type
1. You can filter the report by barcode, brand, product or product type. Just enter the information in the search box.
Including Past Employees
1. You can include past employees you've deleted from your account in the transaction list report. Just select Include Past Employees.
Only Showing Refunded Items
1. Select Show refunded items only to only show items that were refunded in the report.
Applying and Removing Filters
1. Once you're finished adding the filters, tap Apply Filters. Tap Clear Filter to remove the filters.
