Keep track of all client details with Vagaro's easy-to-use management system. You can view a customer's history, including appointments and classes clients have booked as well as any products, gift certificates, packages and memberships they've purchased. You also can view any IOUs and notes that have been created.
On the Vagaro Pro App
1. Tap on the appointment on the calendar screen.
2. Tap Customer Profile.
3. Swipe to the right to view other categories in the customer's history. Next, tap on the appropriate category to view it. For example, if you click on the Appointments tab, you'll be able to see all the appointments the customer has booked.
OR
4. Tap Customers at the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap on the name of the customer.
6. Swipe to the right to view other categories in the customer's history. Next, tap on the appropriate category.
On the Web Version
1. Click on an appointment on the calendar screen. Next, click Customer History.
2. The customer's history is broken into the following categories: appointments, classes, products, IOUs, notes, gift certificates, packages, and memberships. Click on a tab to see the customer's history, according to specific categories. For example, if you click on the APPOINTMENTS tab, you'll be able to see all the appointments the customer has booked.
3. You also can view a customer's history by clicking on an available slot on the calendar screen. Then, click New Appointment.
4. Enter the customer's name. Then, click History.
5. You again can view the customer's history, according to specific categories. Just click on the appropriate tab.
