The Push Notification History report lists the notification messages employees received through the Vagaro Pro app, not via text message or email, when customers booked or updated an appointment with them. If an employee says they didn't receive a specific notification, you can check this report to see if the message was sent to their account. These messages are included with your Vagaro subscription and do not count towards your text messaging plan.
After reviewing the messages, you can delete them or leave them in the system if your access level permits.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To view your employees' push notification history:

Go to

Select the report criteria, then select Apply.

Service Providers: Select one or more service providers to include in the report.

Sort By: Select the criteria to sort the report by.

To remove notifications, you can:

Delete one notification: Select the Delete button in the notification box.

Delete multiple notifications: Select the checkbox for each notification, then the Delete button in the upper-right corner.

Delete all notifications: Select Select All in the upper-left corner of the screen, then select the Delete button in the upper-right corner.

To rerun the report, select the Filter button and select different Service Providers and Sort By criteria.

Optionally, select the Action menu to perform the following additional tasks:

Print: Print your report if your device is connected to a printer.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Save the report to a PDF or Excel file.

To view your employees' push notification history:

Go to

At the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Select the start and end dates of the report, then select Submit.

Service Providers: Select the employees whose bookings to include, or Select All to include them all.

Optionally, sort the appointments by selecting the column headers at the top of the report.

To remove notifications, you can:

Delete one notification: Select the Delete in the notification's row.

Delete multiple notifications: Select the checkbox for each notification to be deleted, then select Delete at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Delete all notifications: Select Select All in Notification Date header, then select Delete in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

At the bottom of the screen, you can select:

Print: Get a hard copy of the report.

Export: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).

The report provides details on the following information:
-
Notification Date: The date when the notification was sent
-
Type: The notification type that was pushed to the service provider.
The customer has accepted an appointment.
The customer's appointment has been cancelled.
The customer has made an appointment.
The customer's appointment has been changed.
The customer has submitted responses for a form.
No icon
The customer has arrived and checked in.

Service Provider: The employee who received the notification

Notification: The content of the message sent to the service provider.
