Push notifications are messages that come directly from Vagaro. Both customers and employees receive notifications when appointments are booked or updated, but the Push Notification History Report only tracks messages sent to employees.

Click Reports.

Click Push Notification History on the left sidebar under Messaging/Billing.

Click Run Report after configuring filters.

The report provides details on the following:

The date the notification was sent

The notification type:

Gray icon with Green checkmark = appointment made

Green icon with Gray checkmark = appointment accepted

Red icon with Gray X = appointment cancelled
-
Clock icon = appointment changed
-
No icon = customer has arrived and checked in

-
The service provider who received the notification
-
The notification details
-
Button to delete notifications individually

Click Export to export the report to an Excel spreadsheet. Click Print to get a paper copy.
You can also delete multiple notifications at once. Click the checkbox for each notification to delete and then click Delete.
