1. Click Settings. Then, click Online Appointment Rules.
2. Toggle the switch under Review to only allow customers who have an appointment status of Show or Completed to leave a review on your website or booking page. The green color means that the option has been enabled.
3. Toggle the switch again to disable the option. A white color indicates that the feature has been disabled.
Please note: Any customer with an account with your business will be able to leave a review if this feature is turned off.
4. Click Save when you are finished.
