To allow only verified clients, those with an appointment status of "Completed," to leave reviews on the Online Booking Page, follow these steps:

Remember customers can only leave a review if they are logged into their profile. The profile also must be tied to the Vagaro business. Click here if your customers are having issues writing reviews.
1. Tap More at the bottom of the screen once you log in.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Online Appointment Rules.
4. Swipe down on the screen to get to the Review section. Toggle Only Allow Reviews From Verified Customers to on (green).
Tap Save when you're finished.
