Allow Reviews Only from Verified Customers

To allow only verified clients, those with an appointment status of "Completed," to leave reviews on the Online Booking Page, follow these steps:

Remember, customers can only leave a review if they are logged into their profile. The profile also must be tied to the Vagaro business. Click here if your customers are having issues writing reviews.

  1. Navigate to More → Settings → Online Appointment Rules.

  2. Swipe down on the screen to get to the Review section.

    Toggle Only Allow Reviews From Verified Customers on (green.)

  3. Tap Save to finish.

  1. Click Settings at the top of the screen.

    Click Online Appointment Rules on the left side of the screen under Booking.

  2. Scroll down on the screen to get to the Review section.

    Toggle Only Allow Reviews From Verified Customers to on (green).

    Click Save to finish.
