This report is useless. LOL.
I hate that we have to make a new forum for something that is similar.
I need to be able to run a report that shows All appointments that are NOT checked out or showing pending. I need to be able to see the actual person / date of the appointment that is not checked out. Sometimes I check out appointments in the mobile app and they do not check out on the web and therefore the reporting is off. How can I get a report like that?
Hi Di Di.
In this case, I would also advise doing this from the customer's profile, but you would have to run this report from the web version. Follow these steps:
You would have to do this individually for each customer but you would at least be able to see each customer's appointments based on the status. I can send a feature request to our development team.
What is the difference between this report and the Cancellation/NO Show report? When I run this report it shows 4 cancellations for today - when I run the Cancellation/NO Show report it shows 16 cancellations for today. Help?
Hi Melissa,
Please reach out to our Support Team directly so they can look into this further with you and get you an answer to why this is happening. You can reach them at sales.vagaro.com/contact by phone, email, or live chat.
Thank you!
This report should show which customers had deleted appointments, not just how many were deleted.
The Cancellations and No Shows report will give you that information. You can select a date rate and an "Event" type (appointment or class). If you do not select a particular customer, it will include all customers. Lastly, under Advanced Filters, you can select the Status type: No Show, Cancel, Denied, Deleted, or run for All statuses.
When the report runs, you can sort the columns on any heading, like Customer.
Hope this provides the information you need.
