Use the Source Report to see where all your bookings are coming from. You can see if an appointment was booked at the store location or from an online platform such as your widget, your custom website, your online booking page, Yelp, Google, Instagram, or Facebook.
The report will automatically run when you select a Date Range.
Report Filters
Tap the icon in the top-right corner to filter your report for more granular information.
The filters include:

Employees Field: You can select the individual employee(s) that you want to review.

Customer Field: You can select the individual customer(s) you want to review.

Business Location Field: Run the report for multiple locations at the same time.

Include Past Employees: Run the report for employees whose employee profiles are inactive or have been deleted within your business.
When you have configured your filters, tap Run Report.

Navigate to Appointments.

Click the box under Date Range and select a date range. Click Submit to save.

Click Run Report.
Report Filters
To filter the report for more specific data, you can configure the filters below before running your report.
The filters include:

Employees: You can select the individual employee(s) you want to review.

Customer: You can select the individual customer(s) you want to review.

Advanced Filters: Expand the Advanced Filters drop-down menu.

Click the box under Business Location and select the multi-location businesses you want to review. If you have multi-location grouping configured, you can also select all locations within one group.

Select Include Past Employees to run the report for employees whose employee profiles are inactive or have been deleted within your business.

When you have configured your filters, click Run Report.
The Source Report provides information on where your bookings are coming from.

In-House appointments are booked at your business (by an employee). The pie chart above is divided by devices, like iPad, iPhone, or browser. You can click or tap a piece of the Pie Chart to drill through. For example, if you drill through iPhones, you can view the appointments booked through this device. This drill-through provides in-depth appointment data, like customer name, appointment date, service provider, and more.
Online appointments are booked by the customer. From this chart, you can review how the customer booked the appointment. You can click or tap a piece of the Pie Chart to drill through. For example, if you drill through Vagaro Marketplace, you can view the appointments booked through your online booking page. This drill-through provides in-depth appointment data, like customer name, appointment date, service provider, and more.
The Online Pie Chart Includes:

The Vagaro Marketplace: Appointments booked through Vagaro. This does not include appointments booked through being Featured or Daily Deals.

Check-In App: Appointments booked through the Check-In App.

Google: Appointments booked through Vagaro's Google integration.

Yelp: Appointments booked through Vagaro's Yelp integration.

Apple Maps: Appointments booked through Vagaro's Apple Maps integration.

Facebook App: Appointments booked through Vagaro's Facebook integration.

Widget: Appointments booked through the online booking widget.

Instagram: Appointments booked through Vagaro's Instagram integration.

Branded App: Appointments booked through your personalized app.

Featured Business: Appointments booked from the Featured section and advertisements on Vagaro.

Daily Deals: Appointments booked through a Daily Deal promotion on Vagaro.com.

Email/Text Marketing: Appointments booked through a text marketing/email campaign.

To view your report in the Grid View or to export/print your report, tap the
button in the top-right corner.

You can export, print, or change the view of the report from this screen.

Select Grid View to replace the Pie Chart with cards that display the different in-house and online bookings.

Select Print to print this report.

Select Export PDF to save this report as a PDF file.

Select Export Excel to save this report as an Excel file.

To view your report in the Grid View, click the Grid View button in the top-right corner. This will replace the Pie Charts with a table that displays the different in-house and online bookings.

To export your report, click the Export menu in the bottom-right corner and select Excel or PDF.

To print your report, click the Print button in the bottom-right corner.
You can drill down from the chart or grid view for details on each booking source type.
Chart View: Tap any piece of the pie charts (In House or Online) to open the detail view.
Grid View: Tap any appointment source card to open the detail view. (The cards are grouped by In House and Online appointments.)
The detail from either view shows cards for individual customers who made appointments from the selected Source. The customer name, appointment date, status, service/class name, employee, the amount paid, new/returning customer, and appointment source are shown. The Customer name and Appointment Date entries are hyperlinks to open the customer profile or the Calendar on the appointment date.
Chart View: Click any piece of the pie charts (In House or Online) to open the detail view.
Grid View: Tap a hyperlink in the source column to open the detail view. (This list is grouped by In House and Online appointments.)
The detail from either view shows a line for each customer who booked an appointment using that source. Each line shows the customer name, appointment date, status, service/class name, employee, the amount paid, new/returning customer, and appointment source. The Customer name and Appointment Date entries are hyperlinks to open the customer profile or the Calendar on the appointment date.
