There are two pie charts displayed when you run the Source report to show how employees and customers scheduled services and classes. The right chart shows your online bookings and whether they were made booked on your Vagaro Listing Page, via email or text campaigns, booking widget(s), MySite or other business website, or social media. You can also switch between a grid view, which focuses on the actual numbers or percentage values, and back to the pie chart view.
The In-House Source report shows the proportion of appointments that were booked by your employees on the web version of Vagaro or the device type if they used the app. For example, if you select the iPhones slice, you will see which customers' appointments were booked by employees using an iPhone.
The Online Source shows the proportion of appointments that customers booked themselves and where they made the booking, such as on your social media pages, marketing campaign, or directly on the Vagaro Marketplace. For example, if you select the Email/Text Marketing slice, you will see which customers' appointments were booked by customers by clicking on a link in one of your email or text marketing messages.
