The Rebooking Report allows you to run detailed reports on the booking and rebooking performances of all your employees.
To get started, follow these steps:
- Click Reports at the top of the screen.
- Click Rebooking on the left side of the page.
- Click Run Report after filtering the report to your liking,
*Remember, rebooking will only show up in your Rebooking Reports if the service is rebooked today and if it's the first time you have booked or rebooked that customer. I would like to know more about how to interpret this report. The numbers on the report don't match the numbers in the calendar. For example, my report for one of my employees says she has 2 appointments booked and 1 rebooked. In this timeframe, she had 4 appointments booked. I just don't understand where these numbers are coming from and how to interpret that data - and I can't find any support for this.
i agree ^ i don't understand how this report collects its data. i'd like a more accurate report for rebooking.
