Is there a more condensed report for weekly time cards ? Looking for more of a weekly summary of hours worked other than payroll printout. Also a feature to deduct Lunch and breaks, when editing time cards are needed.
Is there any way for our staff to clock in/out via the app on their phone? We have one computer in the salon and they have to log out of the existing account, login to theirs, etc every time they clock in/out. Perhaps there’s an easier way to switch between users?
Meghan: I set up a test with a USB card reader attached to my computer and set up an employee with hourly pay and a card assigned to them. The clock icon was in the top bar of my Vagaro web application, and it didn't matter who was signed into the account.
If an employee swiped their employee card, it brought up the clock in screen for THAT employee. There seemed to be no need to log out and back in as the clocking-in employee.
