How to Print and Email Customer Receipts on the Checkout Screen
You can print or email a copy of a receipt with just the click or tap of a button in Vagaro. Just follow the steps below.
On the Vagaro Pro App
1. Tap Checkout.
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Paper to print a physical copy. Tap Email to send an electronic copy. Tap on any of the tipping percentages under Tipping Options.
4. Tap Print Receipt. A receipt also will be emailed to the customer.
5. Tap Print at the top of the screen to get a physical copy.
On the Web Version
1. Click Checkout at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the All Customers option. Enter the name of the customer. Then, select the name once it appears below.
3. Click on the gear icon.
4. Select the preferred option. Notice you can print or send a copy via email. You also can select both options. Click Ask at Checkout to select a receipt option when checking out the client.
5. Toggle the switch to require digital signatures after completing credit card transactions.
6. Click Save.
7. Click OK to save the selections.
