The Connect Messaging report compares the messages you, Vagaro AI, and your customers sent. It can help you compare and analyze Vagaro AI's effectiveness by showing how many incoming chats the bot has handled. The report will include all messages sent with Connect By Vagaro, including SMS messages.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
The Connect Messaging report will show a bar graph of all messages you've sent and received on Connect by Vagaro.
To run the Connect Messaging report:

Optionally, at the top of the screen, set the filters for your report, then select Run Report.

Date Range: Choose the timeline of messages you want to view.

Chart View: View your report in a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly view

At the bottom of the screen, you can select:

Print: Get a hard copy of the report.

Export: Save the report to an Excel or PDF file (web version only).

The Connect Messaging provides the following information:

Total Customer Messages: The total messages you've sent and received through Connect by Vagaro.

Business Sent: The messages you've sent to customers without the help of Vagaro AI.

AI Sent: The messages sent to your customers with Vagaro AI.

Received: The messages you've received from customers.
