When you modify a package in the Packages screen, the changes may potentially affect all of your customers whose packages still have services, classes, and products to be redeemed. You'll be able to update, add, and remove offerings, pause and resume, deactivate and reactivate, and delete a package.
After a customer purchases a package, you can view and manage the package specifically for that customer in their customer profile, or by running a report of all customer packages in the Packages report.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses on the web, tablet, Pay Desk, and PayPro, and you must already have at least one package created and active. Optionally, Credit Card Processing is required to set up auto-renewing packages
A package's details can be modified from their original settings. You can then choose to update the settings of all your customers' purchased packages or all future purchases. If you update settings for auto-renewal and initial discounts, these changes will apply only to new packages.
To update a package's settings:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select Edit.

Update the package's information and options as required.

Update the package's services, classes, add-ons, and products as required.

Select Save.

If customers have already purchased this package, select whether to Apply changes only to future members or to Apply changes to existing members and future members, then select OK.
By selecting two or more items in a package, you can save time and effort from having to edit them individually.
To mass edit services, classes, and add-ons in a package:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select Edit.

Select the Service/Class/Add-Ons tab.

Select Mass Edit.

In the Mass Edit popup, choose the items to mass edit, then enter how many visits are allowed.

All Categories: Select the items based on the categories that they belong to.

All Services/Classes/Add-Ons: Select the items to be updated together.
-
Visits: Enter the number of Visits that the package can be used for, or leave the box blank to allow unlimited visits.

Select Apply.

Select Save.
To mass edit products in a package:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select Edit.

Select the Products tab.

In the Mass Edit Product popup, choose the items to mass edit, then enter their quantities allowed.

All Brands: Select one or more brands that the products belong to.

All Products: Select the products to mass edit.

Quantity: Enter how many items of that product that customers can purchase with the package, or leave the box blank to allow unlimited purchases.

Select Apply.

Select Save.
Creating a link for a package allows you to paste its URL in a messaging app, text message, email, or social media post so customers can go directly to the package on your Vagaro Listing Page and purchase it.
To create a link for a package:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select Create Link.

In the Create Link popup:

Optionally, select Test Link to make sure the link works and to see what your customers will see if they visit that URL.

Select Copy Link.

Paste the link in a message or social media post.

Select the X in the top-right corner of the popup to close it.

At the business's discretion, packages that are set up to auto-renew can be paused from automatically renewing after their customers' current billing cycle ends. During the pause, customers will be unable to use any of the package's offerings until the package is resumed. You can also resume a package for individual customers while it is paused.
To pause or resume a package:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select Pause for All Customers.

In the popup, select Pause for All Customers.

To resume a package for all members:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select Resume for All Customers.

Instead of deleting a package because you no longer want to sell it, we recommend you deactivating it so you can keep a record of its usage. Deactivated memberships can no longer be purchased until you reactivate them, and customers who still have visits and products to redeem will have until the end of their current billing cycle to do so. At the business's discretion, packages can be reactivated for individual customers in the customer's profile or the Packages report screen.

You can see if a package is currently Active or Inactive by looking at the Status column.
To deactivate or reactivate a package for all of your customers:

In the list of packages, select the package's Action menu, then select:

Deactivate: Prevent all customers from using this package. If there are currently members outstanding packages, confirm that you still want to proceed by selecting Deactivate Package.

Reactivate: Allow all customers to resume using the package that was deactivated.

A package's changelog history shows how and when a package was modified and the name of the employee who changed it.
To view a package's changelog history:
Packages can be deleted only if there are currently no customers with outstanding visits or products to be purchased.
For your own records, we recommend deactivating unwanted packages instead of deleting them. Packages that have been deleted cannot be recovered.
To delete a package:
